This place served as a comfortable home base for exploring the major attractions around. It's located near Aki Sushi and Le Coq Roti, making it easy for me to zigzag and visit all the places I planned. I came here for a holiday and I'd definitely come back.

Our stay was a pleasant experience. Everything was spotless and lovely. We enjoyed the food, it was great. The location was stunning and quiet - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Chibougamau/Chapais airport was hardly 15 minutes away by car.

We had an amazing time at this lovely place in the middle of real nature. Sylvie, the owner, made a real effort to accommodate all our needs and she was very nice and friendly. the timber home built by Christian and Sylvie is beautiful and is located on the lake, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was lovely and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. the highlight was the delicious breakfast served by Sylvie, featuring fresh fruit, homemade yogurt, and eggs made in a garden style. We couldn't have asked for a better stay at Gite De La Riviere. Cons: Nothing it was perfect! 👌.
